James Walker is a dedicated real estate broker, developer, and community leader whose work is fundamentally about revitalizing neighborhoods and creating opportunities for families to achieve stability. As Co-Owner of Alpha Family Group, LLC, he oversees crucial residential construction, multi-family projects, and strategic infill development focused on rebuilding Fort Worth's historic neighborhoods and ensuring local contractors are supported. James is joining the CDR to access the flexible capital and targeted business coaching necessary to significantly scale his development efforts, expanding the delivery of essential, attainable housing units.

Beyond his business operations, James is an essential leader in the Fort Worth community development ecosystem, serving as President of the Historic Southside Neighborhood Association and as a member of the District 8 Building Standards Committee. This civic commitment drives his mission to advance responsible development, cultural preservation, and economic growth citywide. Through the CDR network, James will strengthen his organizational capacity and leverage collaborative peer insights to transform his leadership into even greater tangible impact for Fort Worth residents.
