Tracy Drews is the visionary behind Dews Custom Homes, a HUB-certified, family-owned residential construction company leveraging two decades of experience to build high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes. Now, she is strategically expanding her focus beyond custom building to include investment properties and land development. Tracy is joining the CDR network to gain access to flexible capital and the collaborative network needed to significantly scale this pipeline, ensuring she can efficiently utilize underdeveloped land to introduce quality, safe housing into both the sale and rental markets across emerging areas.

Beyond the job site, Tracy is a deeply committed community advocate, dedicated to strengthening the development ecosystem in North Texas. Her leadership roles on boards like the Tyler Area Builders Association and the Tyler Metro Chamber Foundation reflect her dedication to uplifting local families and businesses. As a CDR participant, Tracy will amplify her voice and gain the organizational capacity to not only transform dreams into reality for individual homeowners but also drive tangible revitalization and stability for entire neighborhoods.
