About Martell R Willis
Martell R. Willis is the Founder and CEO of HRM Construction Company, a Texas-based general contractor established in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development. His career trajectory provides a strong foundation for scaling development, starting in real estate finance where he managed multimillion-dollar investment portfolios. This financial acumen, coupled with his global experience supporting U.S. Military and NATO construction operations, positions him as a strategic leader. Martell is joining the CDR network to access the flexible capital and collaborative ecosystem needed to significantly scale his organizational capacity and accelerate his community impact.
Martell’s deep commitment to the community development ecosystem is further evidenced by his leadership of HRM Housing Partners, a non-profit organization focused specifically on affordable housing. This dual commercial and non-profit focus ensures his projects are delivered with both financial rigor and a purposeful mission. Through the CDR, Martell will amplify his capacity to deliver crucial residential and commercial projects, directly contributing to the lasting wealth and revitalization of Fort Worth’s emerging neighborhoods.
