Thomas Oliver is an accomplished real estate developer and asset manager bringing over 15 years of robust experience in development, construction management, and portfolio oversight. Based in Fort Worth, he is a highly skilled leader who has successfully managed projects from pre-construction through completion, including over 30 single-family homes in the 76104 area and a substantial 40-home subdivision in Forest Hill. Thomas joins the CDR Cohort 1 to access flexible capital and targeted support to further scale these impactful projects, ensuring he can deliver the essential housing units needed to build lasting wealth in Fort Worth neighborhoods.

A pragmatic and results-driven professional, Thomas is proficient in feasibility studies, budgeting, and city coordination, ensuring his projects align ROI with critical community goals. Beyond development, he is active in civic leadership, serving as the Economic Development Chair for the Historic Southside Neighborhood Association and as a board member of the Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission.
