Dr. Shenequa C. Miller is the President of SCM Integrity First Companies, LLC, a highly regarded woman-owned construction and real estate firm known for both construction excellence and impactful community development. Driven by a clear mission, she successfully leads diverse, multi-million-dollar residential and commercial projects across Texas. Her portfolio demonstrates a commitment to affordable housing and market diversity, spanning from under-600-square-foot tiny homes and multi-family triplexes to large custom estates. Dr. Miller is joining the CDR to access the flexible capital and targeted business coaching necessary to strategically scale her organizational capacity and accelerate her mission to bring more essential housing units to Fort Worth families.
As a veteran-approved builder with certifications including WOB, HUD, and WBENC, Dr. Miller embodies the focused leadership required to strengthen the community development ecosystem.
