Brichard Humphrey is the dedicated CEO of Caliber Community Group, LLC (CCG), where he strategically operates as both a lead developer and a general contractor. His entrepreneurial drive and deep passion for real estate are actively catalyzing positive change within the communities and housing landscapes he serves. CCG has demonstrated strong early growth, successfully completing a portfolio of projects including two partial remodels and three full fix-and-flip renovations.
The firm's primary focus is on new construction, having successfully completed nine single-family new construction projects to date. This hands-on, dual role allows Brichard to maintain rigorous control over quality and timelines from conception through completion. With three more projects currently in the pipeline, CCG continues its commitment to building and transforming residential areas.
