Entrepreneur Raythetta Nicole Sternes is the owner of Nicole Sternes Experience, LLC, a firm built on her diverse background, recognized expertise, and community connection. She has become a trusted real estate advisor by consistently working to provide affordable and quality housing options, particularly for first-time buyers. Having successfully rehabbed several single-family homes, Nicole is currently expanding her portfolio into the multifamily sector.
Her strategic growth includes two new duplex units in the pipeline, marking the next phase of her commitment to increasing housing options.
