About Marguerite Felder
Since founding Felder Homes in 2020, Marguerite Felder has established a woman and minority-owned development company specializing in the underserved communities of Dallas-Fort Worth. To date, her company has successfully completed approximately 11 new construction homes, focusing on delivering structurally sound and beautiful residences that meet modern standards. Marguerite addresses the key hurdle faced by growing developers by utilizing tailored financing, which allows her company to quickly acquire land and scale its operations.
Her focus is specifically on first-time home buyers and working families, ensuring residents have access to modern yet attainable housing options. This expansion creates significant economic benefits by providing consistent work to subcontractors and keeping jobs circulating within the served communities. Marguerite emphasizes a relational approach in her business, ensuring that her development efforts directly uplift and create long-term stability in the neighborhoods where she works.
