About Monica Balderas
Monica's impactful career journey spans from managing over $50 million in multifamily assets as a Regional Manager at MBP Capital to founding her own million-dollar development company. As the visionary behind Living Bloom Casas and Founder of Longhorn Developments, she is currently focused on reimagining housing by designing sustainable, biophilic communities. Her innovative work fuses real estate, construction, and climate-conscious design to create attainable housing rooted in equity and ancestral wisdom.
Beyond building homes, Monica leads Latina Wealth Circle, a powerful movement and mentorship platform designed to normalize wealth for first-generation Latinas and women of color. Through this platform, she uses community, strategy, and storytelling to rewrite the narrative of legacy for women historically excluded from financial opportunity. Monica's commitment is simple: she doesn't just build structures—she builds hope, ownership, and liberation for her communities.
