About Kwame Ellis
Kwame Ellis, a Northern California native and Stanford University alumnus, transitioned his focus from the NFL to a thriving career in real estate development in Dallas. Following his football career, he partnered with former high school teammate Khalid Shabazz to found Titan and Associates, a successful firm that recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. Titan operates two divisions: a development arm focused on ground-up construction and a construction wing specializing in renovating existing homes for various Texas municipalities.
The Titan team has completed projects totaling more than $25 million, driven by the philosophy of partnering with municipalities to put quality affordable homes into the market. Ellis and his firm are now committed to developing entire affordable communities, moving beyond individual structures to create comprehensive solutions. They leverage their track record to address the problem of cost-of-living expenses rising faster than family incomes in Dallas, helping those less fortunate while simultaneously growing their business efforts.
