Fort Worth, like many dynamic North Texas cities, faces a crucial challenge: the need to significantly expand the supply of quality, attainable housing and essential community amenities, particularly in overlooked neighborhoods.

This expansion starts with empowering local developers who reflect the communities they serve and possess the integrity and vision to drive lasting change. Supporting the CDR Fort Worth Cohort means directly investing in a strengthened community development ecosystem, providing these local leaders with the flexible capital, targeted coaching, and collaborative peer network required to accelerate development, scale their organizational capacity, and build generational wealth for themselves and their neighbors.
