About Ferrell Fellows
Ferrell Fellows began her professional career managing international negotiations as a Global Purchasing Manager for Procter & Gamble after earning her MBA from Florida A&M University. This corporate tenure, alongside training at Goldman Sachs and Disney Corporate, built a strong foundation in financial management and global strategy. Transitioning this expertise, she founded Kingdom Legacy Company with the ambitious goal to purchase and redevelop 2100 properties in South Dallas by 2032, stabilizing the area through significant capital investment.
As the Owner and Managing Broker of Kingdom Legacy Real Estate and Development Company, Ferrell leads a movement centered on the power of ownership, actively spreading this message through her real estate education platform, Comma Club Community, and her book, We Must Own. Her work as an investor focuses on turning distressed properties into affordable, second-chance housing of excellent quality and safety for residents facing housing instability. Ferrell’s aim is to create bridges for others to walk over toward ownership and financial freedom, demonstrated by her active participation in local initiatives like the St. Philip's Development Company Community Advisory.
