About Queenetra Andrews
Queenetra Andrews is the dedicated owner and operator of Andrews Development & Holdings LLC (ADH), a thriving minority, woman-owned construction company established in 2020. Under her leadership, ADH operates as a full-service real estate development firm, known for its unparalleled quality and efficiency across 22 residential projects to date. While excelling in custom homes, her company is deeply committed to addressing the critical need for affordable, quality housing.
Her expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, encompassing everything from initial groundbreaking through to final landscaping, ensuring a complete and high-quality experience for clients. As part of the Dallas Urban Renewal Project, Queenetra and her team are currently developing and planning over a dozen single-family homes across various South Dallas communities. She is dedicated to clear, effective communication with clients and partners, successfully managing a full pipeline of projects to maximize affordability and community impact.
