Jasmond is a visionary leader in sustainable real estate development, architecture, and planning, known for simplifying complex projects to deliver high-impact, community-focused results. He uniquely combines his Architectural experience with expertise as a development financial analyst, enabling him to manage virtually every aspect of a project from initial concept to financial completion. He is equally skilled in detailed 3D design and presentation as he is in proficiently completing pro formas and running cash-flow scenarios using industry-standard software.

With a deep, sincere interest in education and mobilizing communities for economic upturn, he dedicated years to Southern University as a tenured faculty member. Post-Katrina, his dedicated community-style efforts, which included organizing meetings and master plan development, aided in the rebuilding of New Orleans and developing a vision for North Baton Rouge. His comprehensive approach uses personal engagement and sensitivity to socio-economic needs, successfully leveraging various financial incentives for projects in underserved areas.
