About Marc Henderson
Marc Henderson started his career with the U.S. Navy before earning a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia State University, followed by management experience at The Kroger Company. Recognizing the disparities in economic opportunity during neighborhood change, he further specialized his expertise, obtaining a law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law with a focus on land use and real property. This specialized knowledge, coupled with experience managing his own investment properties, provides the foundation for his disciplined approach to development and portfolio oversight.
His career includes significant federal service as a Space and Leasing Representative for the 2020 Census, overseeing the buildout of nine Area Census Offices. Following this, he served as a Multifamily Realty Specialist with HUD’s Office of Asset Management and Portfolio Oversight, managing troubled properties and gaining critical insight into large-scale property disposition and regulation. As Managing Principal of Exodus Development Group, Marc currently applies this unique blend of corporate discipline, legal expertise, and government experience to residential and commercial projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, actively working to expand the capacity for wealth generation in every community he touches.
