About Jordan D'Silva
Jordan D’Silva currently leads Web City Properties, a real estate investment firm founded in 2005 by his father, John D’Silva, an immigrant who built the business to over 500 units. After taking over in 2020, Jordan immediately began to pivot the company’s investment strategy toward value-add multifamily and residential development opportunities. He has since demonstrated success by acquiring over 30 single-family rentals and securing partners on a 96-unit student housing property, while also completing new single-family houses in Fair Park.
Beyond investment, Jordan is deeply passionate about social impact, actively launching a nonprofit to create grassroots solutions for systemic community problems. He consults with entrepreneurs through his partnerships with local housing organizations and is poised to lead an immigrant business incubation program. Jordan further maximizes his local impact through involvement with Social Venture Partners Dallas, the United Way Emerging Leaders, and by pursuing his MBA in real estate at Southern Methodist University.
