Patrice Jefferson's career began in Computer Operations with EDS, eventually leading to a promotion and transfer to the corporate office in Dallas, Texas. She advanced her technology career at E-Systems, where she worked her way up to become a Software Test Engineer, specializing in the integration and testing of complex software packages. While working, she earned a BS in Management Technology from Amber University, laying the foundation for her future entrepreneurial pursuits.

Upon purchasing her own home, she realized her innate skill for finding and developing real estate, particularly focusing on affordable housing for the working middle-income community. This passion led her to establish SDMC Investments LLC in 2007, through which she has acquired and developed approximately 30 residential and commercial units across Southern Dallas. Highly engaged in the community, Patrice has collaborated with several Crime Watch and Neighborhood Associations, bringing both technical precision and deep local commitment to her projects.
